JSA CrossFit is more than just fitness. CrossFit is functional fitness movements combining weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance work, to increase overall work capacity. In real English...it gets you fitter, faster and stronger with motivation that makes you cheer, smile and push yourself just a little bit more...so that you can do more, be more and live more!

With over 50 CrossFit Adult classes per week and 8 classes per week for kids ages 7-11 and teens 12-16, CrossFit is a great way for everyone to get healthy, strong and fit!
