JSA’s ALL-IN membership gives clients the ability to train in over 70 classes plus 70 hours of Open Gym each week!
Members who are ALL-IN enjoy unlimited access to:
- CROSSFIT- A highly effective, constantly varied functional movement program perfect for beginners to advanced membersinvolving exercises in weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance to name a few.
- ROW- A high energy, low impact, barbell-free workout that trains all of the major muscle groups using an indoor rower.
- LIFT- Home of USA Weightlifting gym, Jersey Strength & Athletics, LIFT is an instructional class designed to train beginner to advanced Olympic lifters.
- STRONG- From tire flipping to pushing sleds, STRONG is a heart pumping workout involving strongman movements.
- SWEAT- A fast paced, 30 minute no barbell class geared to get you moving and shaking with endurance body weight exercises.
- AIR BIKE- Hop on a bike and be ready for an endurance rush with this 45 minute, light to no weight class.
- MARTIAL ARTS- Vary your fitness and learn the Japanese martial art of Aikido at the same time!
- YOGA- Work out your physical kinks and mental stress in our vinyasa style yoga classes.
- GYM’NASTICS- Tap into your inner gymnast and work on gymnastic skills in this class to better your performance during your workouts!
- KETTLEBELL- Grab a KB and we’ll get you moving with traditional kettlebell movements geared towards giving you a full body workout!
- MOTOR- Bring your endurance to a new level with this Run, Row, Bike class focused on building your motor.
- OPEN GYM- If a class doesn’t fit your needs that day, or you have some personal exercise goals you want to work on, JSA offers over 70 hours of Open Gym time for you to train on your own.
