POSITION: Front Desk Associate

LOCATION: Manasquan, NJ

HOURS: Part-time

Are you personable, organized, and pay attention to details? We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic front desk associates!


  • Greet members and visitors entering the facility warmly & with a smile

  • Manage the process of signing up a variety of memberships

  • Provide information about memberships and company offerings

  • Provide visitors with information and direction within the facility

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility

  • Retail responsibilities, perform basic inventory keeping, and POS

  • A positive upbeat personality

  • Effective ability to communicate with customers, coworkers and managers

  • The ability to multi-task

  • Customer service oriented

  • Punctual, responsible and pays attention to detail

  • Immediately reports or escalates to management any unsafe conditions or emergency situations

  • Attends monthly meeting or other scheduled meetings

  • Maintains a professional image and behavior at all times

  • Addresses members' questions or direct them to the appropriate individual for assistance

  • Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome

  • Assists with special projects as needed
