SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Enjoy the camaraderie, motivation, and accountability of working out with others while also getting the individual instruction from a Personal Trainer at a reasonable price. Use the latest and greatest training tools within the supportive setting of a small group (no more than eight). JSA offers many different types of Small Group Training to accommodate varying schedules and interests.
