We will discuss your exercise and nutrition history, as well as your fitness goals. Every individual who walks in to our gym is different. By learning more about you as an individual, we can create a custom recommendation specific to you and your goals, and decide if Personal Training, CrossFit, Rowing or our 40 day Nutrition Challenges are the best fit for you. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, tour our beautiful facility, and meet some of our coaching team. You’ll be in and out the door in under 20 minutes and you’ll know exactly what your next steps are to join. Best of all, there is no hard sell or pressure to buy anything. Group Class Intro
Have some fitness background and looking to get some sweat in with your tour? Try a Free CrossFit class to get the feel for the benefits of CrossFit training. When you arrive you will be greeted by our coaching staff, take a tour of our beautiful facility, and learn about the different programs we offer. Our coaches will discuss your previous fitness background, your personal goals and how we can help you achieve those goals. During class, the coach will explain the workout, warm-up the group, teach the skills needed for the workout of the day, and instruct, motivate and inspire you the entire class to get a great workout.
